Nora’s métier for communication was writing and as such she felt at one with the tools of that trade. Family and friends remember her as someone who was forever writing letters and making entries in her diary. A consummate Lady of Letters, Nora’s book allowed her to express her distaste for totalitarian regimes and her love of the country of her birth: Mother Russia.
