Chatto & Windus is an imprint of Penguin Random House. It was originally founded as an independent book publishing company in 1855 by John Camden Hotton. After his death, the company reorganised under the name of his business partner Andrew Chatto and poet William Edward Windus. In 1987, Chatto & Windus was bought by Random House and is now a sub-imprint of Vintage Books within the Penguin UK division.

Juliette Foster is a journalist and co-founder of Read2Write. She wrote and illustrated her first novel when she was nine and although she doesn’t remember much about the story, the improbability of the plot was enough to make anyone who read it burst out laughing. Juliette’s ambition is to read every single book in her massive collection before her one hundredth birthday.
