In 1977 humans created a time capsule which they hoped an alien civilization would eventually discover. When aliens arrive on earth in 2026 and the news media spreads the word, a wave of panic, fear, and misinformation engulfs the land. In a bid to fix the chaos, a number of governments begin to establish communications with the aliens. The moral of the story?
