Case of the Bedevilled Poet: A Sherlock Holmes Enigma

After narrowly escaping a bomb blast during the Blitz, poet Jack Crofton is threatened with death and much worse by a mysterious soldier. Fleeing through London’s war-torn streets, he finds sanctuary in a pub and falls upon two elderly gentlemen. One of them claims to be Sherlock Holmes and the other Doctor John Watson, the real life detectives who inspired Conan Doyle’s famous fictions. Unconvinced but desperate, Jack shares his story and Holmes agrees to take on his case.
