Carol has worked extensively on an international platform within docudrama, television drama and feature film for independents, American studios and the broadcasters ITV, Channel 4 Television, Channel 5 Television, BBC UKTV and Showtime Entertainment.  With the cooperation of Chawton House Library (the property was once the home of Edward Austen, elder brother of the English author Jane), Carol has carried out extensive academic research into Jane Austen's family, her friends and relationships and she is currently writing a screenplay based on her work.
