London business woman Amelia struggles to accept the relationship between her father Rodger and his new partner Evelyn, a self-proclaimed American socialite who behaves erratically. Amelia puts aside her reservations to attend Rodger’s 75th birthday party in New York, however the celebration is a disaster. As time goes on Evelyn’s behaviour spirals out of control and when Rodger becomes ill Amelia fears that something much darker is going on.
